MY MICROPHONE NOT WORKING

The microphone of my xperia J does not work.
During calls the caller can not hear my voice. I'm using a headset with my phone and is fine, the another person hear me .I don't know what happen.

You could try to make a factory reset of the phone or updating using PC Companion:
