phone not starting after factory restore

Hi,

I am really going mad i need ur help. i restored my phone in the morning ( factory restore) and its not starting now. when i turn on the sony comes on screen and then xperia and again it restarts with same sony and xperia and that all its not moving ahead. what to do plz reply soon, do i need to go to the costomer care bear as they charge us the servive can u help.
