Touch Screen Not Working Properly

Hi Team,

I bought a 'Xperai TX' mobile on friday (i.e. June-28 ' 2013). From Day-1 the touch screen is not working efficiently. Some times I have to press the screen more heavily to perform an operation. Even I have changed my 'screen protector' . But still the touch screen doesn't work on smooth/normal touch.

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

Also while registeirn these mobile phone in ur website.., there was no option for this mobile @ 'Model Name' Column. What's the exact model name that I have to key in there?

Make sure that you have removed any 3rd party screen protector. You can test your touch screen with the app Xperia Diagnostics:

To rule out any software problems you can try to update/repair the phone software using the program PC companion:
