After having a call from Viber, then this problem occurs, it seems that the audio is being used by Viber Application. But if you manually close the Viber application, then the loudspeaker is being normalized again. I hope Sony can fix this issue on the next update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am unanle to hear the songs with loudspeakers in phone even ring tones also not able to hear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but when it connects the headset its i can hear through headset.
