I bought xperia z through online on 28/06/2013. on 1/07/2013, i updated the software. after installation it automatically turned off. when i tried to turn it on, it is not turning on. Please help me.

Hold down on/off button and volume up until you feel a vibration (phone will restart)

Hold down on/off button and volume up until you feel 3 vibrations (phone will turn off)

If problem persists I recommend you to charge the phone for 3-4 hours.

Otherwise you can try to do a repair in Sony PC Companion:

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions.

I too have the same problem..

No vibration..

not even led light is lighting up.

How do i know whether there is charge in battery..

Put it for charge 3 to four hours...

still no luck..
