Xperia Z - Front camera not working

Hello

Just bought my sony Xperia Z (3 days ago ) and i ve just realised that the front camera doesnt work at all !

when i open the camera and press the icon for the front camera it doesnt open and says "unfortunately , camera has stopped"

When i run diagnostics for front camera , its has a black screen and the button doesnt work (so i can take a sample capture )

And from the camera options there isn't a choice for front camera or front video.

I did a factory reset , pcc repair , update dervice repair , nothing works.

Has anyone had a similar issue? I guess i should take it to service ?

Sorry to hear about your problem with the front facing camera. If you have tried to repair the phone software and it's still does not work, I recommend you to contact your local support for further information on how to send it in to a repair center for investigation:
