Call blocking setting

I'm having problem activating options in the call blocking setting.

Each option requires some strange 4-digit password!

I tried everything - PIN1/PIN2 from my service provider, some randome numbers. even the PUK! (which is 8-digit number, of course it won't work).

I have all the numbers from the service provider for my sim. I looked for help in the user guide (page 38, here :http://www.manualowl.com/m/Sony%20Ericsson/Xperia-P/Manual/295799?page=38 ). no help there..

I'm REALLY desperate, I hope there's professional here who can help. Please don't tell me to contact my service provider - I already done that.

I need a cellphone support.

With the information provided, I can advise that this would be the PIN2 code from the network carrier, in most cases this feature needs to be activated by the network carrier before you can use it.

I can only suggest that you contact them and inquire directly.
