Restarting and Red Led blinking

Hello,

I got my Xperia J 3 days ago and this happend twice. My phone just restarts itself and get stuck on " XPERIA " startup screen, also red led light is blinking slowly. When I pres unlock ( just press it i dont need to hold it ) my phone starts up and everything is normal then. Does anyone know what is the problem ? Alos battery is up to 60 % wehn this happend last time.

if the notification LED is red or flashing red the battery its at less than 5%

connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 1 hour then try again

But my battery was on 60% ?

If some process hangs up it might drain the battery really fast. Does it still indicate 60% battery when it's slowly blinking red?

What are your thoughts about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey.

I have probably the same issue with my xperia J. The notification LED blinks slowly in red, and the screen goes black with XPERIA logo. After I restart, it works fine, except the ringtone is reset to the setting "No ringtone" - I have to set it again. The battery isn't drained really fast by no app - after reset I have the same level as before. This is quite annoying, as it happen at least once per week.

I also experienced this problem frequently. But in case of mine, this problem took place while taliking over phone. Sometimes when I talking over my phone the phone got automatic restart and i can hear from the opposit side for a while after that the screen is shown white backgroung with written T-Mobile and then automatically come back to regular state. and sometimes the phone ringtone has changed.
