Incoming call ringing problem.

Problem with the ring in inicoming calls.

Sometimes is ringing and some times not when the call is coming. The ring and the flach led interapted in a second of the beginning of incoming call. Just the sound, in the dispaly is ok.

Have done restart and have the latest version of Adroid from Sony Companion apdateded.

Your advise will be appreciated.

That seems strange, have you tried to do a repair of the phone software?

Click on this link to get Sony PC companion:

Start PC companion, start "Support Zone", start "Update phone software" and click on "Repair".

Follow the on-screen instructions.

Let me know if you are still having this issue after the repair of the phone software.

We've done the repair of the fhone software, but still the problem renains.

We also have done everything local dealer have told us.

There is something else we can do? or we return back the devise?
