Wonder if anyone (or Sony themselves) can shed some light on this.

Ever since the phone was upgraded to Jelly Bean the phones been very unstable.

It constantly crashes throughout the day (5 times so far this morning) so I have to do a hardware reboot to get it back. The screen stays blank and it's impossible to regain access via the power botton. This could happen whilst using an app, during a phone call, or sometimes after a call ended and it's gone back into standby mode.

As I use this phone for business it's getting beyond a joke.... Especially if you have to use the keypad!

Any ideas?
