Sony Xperia S cant update?

HI i trying to update my Xperia S (LT26i) from 4.0.4 andriod (6.1.A.2.55) to latest version (6.2.B.0.200) but cant. 1st i using Sony PC Companion 2.1 it can pop up date up after finish download file to PC then it will pop up ask u shutdown phone and hold down key volume and plug it usb i try it but nothing happen it will become auto charing phone (few time still same). but my pc will pop up usb malfunction.

Then i try using other 3rd party software it will pop this msg (error for 2011 devices line be sure you are not in MTP mode)

so how to solve this problem ?

Try this:

*Another USB-port

*Deactivate Antivirus-software, Firewall etc.

*Reinstall Sony PC Companion

*Another computer

*Another cable

It's imortant that the phone is turned off while connecting to computer, do not release volume down button too early.

i try before other USB port, deactivate antivrus and firewall, reinstall sony pc companion, other cable but still cant.

I use my xperia Z can but my xperia S cant.

ohya my phone like missing something at Setting>Xperia>Connectivity>USB connection mode is missing ? is that cause problem cant update phone?

i am using Windows 8 pro and Xperia S is running now 4.0.4 android 6.1.A.2.55 build number.

Sony PC companion 2.10.165 and SE Update Engine 2.13.7.201306141231 version
