Xperia TX bluetooth cannot connect audio.

Hello all,

I just bought the Sony Xperia TX. It's running on ICS 7.0.a.1.303.

Overall I love the phone, but there is one problem. It won't properly connect to my vehicle's bluetooth system.

It connects and stays connected, but I can only recieve/dial calls.

It does play music that is in the phone, but it won't play anything else ie: games, streaming videos, streaming audio like pandora/spotify, and navigation.

My vehicle is a Toyota Sienna and it does accept A2DP. I've tried upgrading to JB but the systems says I'm up to date. I tried updating through the phone and through pc companion. I have tried to disable and enable different features but nothing seems to work.

I searched through the forums and have seen similar but not exact cases, and they never seem to have a definite answer. I hope the community can help me find an answer.

Do you know if this works using any other Bluetooth A2DP headset? I think you will need to test this on another A2DP device to see if it's the phone or your BT car kit. It could be a compatibility issue.
