Display sensitivity problem

hello,

I am from India, using Xperia Neo since Feb 2012, using ICS.

Currently I am facing new problem, i.e. sensitivity of my display is getting lagged.

When I try to unlock my phone, it loses the contact between screen and display. Because of this I need to try 4-5 times to unlock the phone. Also when I hold the touch for more option or creating shortcut or copying text then the display notices as a single touch click and does not perform the required option. But when I try for 4-5 times then it works.

Sorry to hear about your problems!

Check that you haven't put on any 3rd party screen protectors that can cause disturbances on the display.

You can try your phone with the Xperia Diagnostic app that you can download on Google Play:
