Xperia Active reboot/repair

Hi,

my phone has been continuously rebooting for the last three weeks. (except when i'm using it, when it is plugged in to power/pc, or when in airplane mode). I've just run the update, and have been waiting over an hour for the phone to restart, after i followed the update instructions. I've just now tried to repair it through pc companion but it is just dead. I'm so sad, i love my wee phone. Please help?

remove the SIM card and SD card > repair it once more > and try to use it with neither SD nor SIM cards

it might be a faulty card

does the LED turn on when you connect it to the wall charger?
