Customer service - no proper answer

Hi,

This is reference to my X peria U phone (ticket no 13060600947) servicing delay …I have handed over my phone set of touch screen issue (issue is because of up gradation and down gradation of operating system) on 6^th June and been promised it will be delivered 10^th June. As on 24^th June still my hand set isn’t ready, whenever I call my service center I have been promised that it will be ready with 3-4 days… I have got this reply nearly 5 times but it is not getting delivered…They are expecting spare parts from Sweden, will it take more than 15 days to send one touch screen I don’t believe it and that too from Sony

I have been using Sony (ericsson )for past 10 years and have never faced any issues in your mobiles…this is the first time I am facing issue and have been treated like this. Even customer care isn’t giving any proper reply…

Would like to know the action been taken on this mail and expected delivery date of my hand set within 3 days.

did u do a factory reset or check screen using service menu?

Yes done it, but no use...this is probably i have updated to ICS then mobile become slow, gone for downgrading to Ginger bread...
