Noise like the wind in the speaker when I call ... Help!

When I talk with someone, sometimes the speaker is presented a noise like the wind. I hear a noise, and the person on the other end hears it too. The noise is presented not always. May appear on the outside or inside. The phone does not fall, not in the water, I bought it 3 days ago.

Should I carry my phone in service, or is it a problem with the firmware? Xperia Z

Maybe the problem is the sim card the old model, which I cut myself, made a micro sim, but with SGS3 it worked well...

Go to settings then call settings and turn on noise suppression

Well now i read that you have cut your sim yourself please get a new micro sim, the sims that are cut usually have problems

nothing to do with the sim - I think you have a hardware problem and need to return your device to service center

as a last ditch fix - use PCC and do an update repair - remove/uninstall all apps you have installed - remove the antivirus software - do not install any apps after and see if the problem is still there

also do a backup of contacts etc using PCC - do not restore until you have tested the device

also remove your SD card if fitted

some people had this problem when they cut their sims....it solved when they got a new one....even uliwooly has pointed it out in many threads

the sim card is not involved in any media imformation transfer - it is simply the key for getting on the carrier network

blaming the SIM for this problem would be like blaming a car key for a for a radiator leak - no connection whatsoever

I'll eat my phone if I'm wrong

Its not media transfer its disturbance in call that he's having when he talks to someone

This disturbance can be the fault of the sim

Will you atleast let him try putting a new sim or you just want to fight with me

by media I mean everything including voice transport through the phone - it doesn't go near the SIM

SIM is short for Subscriber Identity Module, a "smart" card securely storing subscriber-related data, such as phone numbers, service details, and memory for storing messages (depending on the phone); also called SIM card. GSM technology uses a SIM to authenticate the phone on the network.

I know what sim is ok! this has happened to other people aswell if they put their cut sim instead of a new one, they experienced disturbance they got new sim and voila the problem disappeared

Already ordered a new sim card, I will write as soon as the check ... Also read about similar problems with the old SIM card and wrote on it because it is cut. Thank you all for your advice.

The strange thing is that if the problem was the noise reduction system of my phone, then the noise would be heard only one person I'm calling. But I also hear a noise.

Sometimes even hear everything perfectly. That is theoretically hardware may work fine.

I'm sorry but from a technology perspective I cannot think of any situation were a sim card will cause distortion on voice or data services - I do hope I'm wrong and your issue is fixed
