Has any of you got Fifa 12 on their phone?I have a little problem,after updating to JB,the teams logos appear as a black square,and the game kind of runs worse than on ICS.I also reinstalled,but the same.Before,when updating just the firmwares in ICS,the game was ok.I have to mention that the version i have is that for xperia play,but still,before it ran very well.It could mean that i need to do a factory reset,but i try to avoid this because I have never used it before as my phone acted well after every update.Can anyone look at the game or install it so could tell me how the game and the logos are?

It's the xperia play version?Than the problem is on my phone...

Can you tell me exactly what version did you get?After the factory reset,still black squares...

sorry went mia, i downloaded apk plus data! it worked on the xperia play mod i used! i just re-intsalled on JB and all was fine! :smileygrin: not yet tried the xperia play mod!

So you downloaded via wifi the data after installing apk?or downloaded both separately,installedapk and copied the data in sdcard/Android?i did the second thing,but on ICS it was ok,now it just does not want to work.

well i downloaded apk plus data, copied data to android folder, and then installed apk and all was working fine! :smileygrin: maybe theres something wrong, it once happened to me!!

oww! and ensure you have a stable internet connection! i noticed its important for a data connection!

I have done the same,downloaded data to my laptop,copied to the phone and still nothing,done it 10 times.when i was on ics,the game would not start with internet on...your phone is rooted,right?

nop, i havent yet rooted my phone! when i was on ICS, if i dint have data active, it would not load up!

i wonder what could be the problem!

what about the location of the game? is it running from the phone or the internal storage?

from the internal storage,because it is too big for the phone memory.anyway,thank you very much for helping me,i dont know what else to do...i guess i will try to download via wifi all the data for apk,if still not working,i will wait for a fw update,if it is to come.

Nope,still not working,even after downloading via wifi the data.Waiting for fw update.I noticed the shoot button works lame...Thank you.

your welcome! may sound crazy but worth a try since uve tried hard, what if you wiped the games data under settings then copy paste the data you've downloaded! :smileymischief:

It is the same data,the downloaded via wifi with the one downloaded for the xperia play version.nothing else works,i tried what you told me.It could be that the play version does not work anymore,but when I see that on your device works fine...and for Xperia P i dont think there is a version,since the Mali GPU is not compatible with so many games.I will wait for the update,if it is to come.
