Turn off your <STRONG>Phone</STRONG></P><P>2. Turn off your Bluetooth Device</P><P>3. Restart the BT device (press power button until it flashes red/green)</P><P>4. Simultainiously hold down Power button and the call button - this will reset the BT device.</P><P></P><P>Hope this helps.
