Xperia S camera after JB update

I just noticed that you can now record videos in portrait mode. Although, the UI of the video mode doesn't adjust when held upward. But you can still record videos in portrait mode. Bad thing is that the camera lags, I was wrong about the 23fps rate... it's something lower than that. And the camera looks kinda blury, giving me lack of confidence that the picture im taking is good or not. hopefully, a new update is announced and said to fix all bugs from build version 6.2.B.0.200

if you can recall the past, when you first updated your sony ericsson xperia handset to ics, it had some problems too at first. camera too was laggy, scrolling wasn't smooth... that's why the first 3 sony nxt series was in gingerbread due to this. we're just adjusting to the ics problems of the xperia arc/arc s. that's why we had to wait for an ics release of the xperia s.

Yes there is a bug in camera in 6.2.B.0.200 update, and sony is releasing another update 6.2.B.0.211 on 3rd week of june to resolve this

I just hope that they fix this bug in this update indeed, and not just the wifi problem reported by some arab users...

Sorry for my English i learn Russian in school 🙂

I switch to xperia S from SE K810( yes, take me some time 🙂 . Phone itself is amazing, it is my first android phone and I am very pleased. But, and this BUT it should be big like mountain, camera on my phone absolutely sucks. ( I have JB update)

Why make 12 MP camera, and then compress picture to 3-5 MB size ????

Results is horrible, grains and distortions, false colors, too much noise... my old Sony make better pictures !!!

Auto-focus is bad, in video mode works with lag so produced something like slide show

Picture size limited, why not included 3 MP or 5 MP modes ( and without compression)???

Please, if anyone from Sony read this, do something. I see hundreds of posts like mine, so it is serious problem.

not only camera... bugs on walkman and picture album too. the walkman can't detect music files in my phone, and the album can't detect picture and video files on my phone. what happend? please fix this. i have this problem since ICS update. but no problem solving... now with the JB... same problem plus the camera...
