Device flashing and jamming

my sony xperia s has recently started to jamm and re load continuously when im viewing photos in my album and also while playing games. The games get paused and reloaded every second so basically it wont let me play. Anyone has an idea what i can do and what might be the cause of this? PLEASE HELP!

do NOT install any taskiller nor antivirus at all.

repair your phone with SUS
