My xperia U is fresh outta the box. Installed viber and a wallpaper only.

So yeah first thing I noticed was the Display percentage on settings>applications>batteryuse which is 81%

others were 5%,3% and below..

Is there any way I can decrease/minimize the display use(81%)?

I have a hunch it drains my battery alot. Im still on Gingerbread. Battery life lasts for 20+hours with moderate use of wifi and google play.

Brightness at lowlevel.

I would say that this is normal. And in average usage the display should be the one consuming most of the power. But of course it always depending on usage.

Its fine now thankyou for the answers

Switched to GSM mode then uninstalled battery doctor. Lasts a day and a half with frequent gaming oyeah.
