I bought new xperia sp. Since it is started showing only problems. When phone is connected with usb i can not use the screen. The screen become full inactive and even can not unlock the phone. Second problem is battery. It is draining very fast. If we activate the percentage of battery its just shows % going down & down. Picture quality of the phone is very poor. Pictures are yellowish. After investing 25000 the feel of the phone is very bad. Instead of that samsung SIII phone camera and performance is very good. I never advise any body to buy sony mobile and going to sell my phone. Sony firmware updates are also very slow compare to samsung. Samsung phones gets updated regurarly where sony gives the updates very late. One sony mobile will be finished. Another problem i faced is playing temple run. While playing the game it paused for a second. There are no words to describe the problems of the phone.

I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.

http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/

If the problem still remains you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.

http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/contact-info/
