lost data during repairing

i connected my device with a usb cable to my pc to repair. after getting backup I did reset to factory setting and when I wanted to restore my data from my pc, sony site said that you connected a different device! and cancelled restoring. where is my data and how can I restore that?

I'm a little confused,you got backup with Pc Companion before repairing (with PC Companion or SUS ?!) and after that you wanted to restore your backed up files but when you connect it to PC, PC Campanion said "you connected a different device" ?!
Please one more time repair it,maybe it works

you did a factory reset or did you flashed your phone? also which data?

no, not PC companion. I wanted to update my OS and it happend in chrome environment in "sonymobile.com". that java page. and after reset factory and reconnecting it said: you connected a different device!

plz hlp me. I just want my contacts back.

I did a factory reset and all of my phone memory deleted. I just want my contacts back.

Remmeber,use SUS or PCC for update your phone !!! where are you from ?! Your Last name is persian :smileygrin:
You should backed up your contacts with your phone,there is an option in Xperia's Phonebook,but did you checked your Simcard's Contacts ?! maybe you have all of them in your Simcard

Please Check your Simcard cantacts,maybe you find some of them.
