    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;There could a couple of different reasons for this however I would advise trying a software update as a first step to at least rule out software issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To repair the phone software&lt;BR /&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from &lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Support &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/A&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Turn on the phone, and connect it to the PC using a USB cable. &lt;BR /&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start. &lt;BR /&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Under Phone Software Update, click Start.&lt;BR /&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Click repair phone.&lt;BR /&gt;6.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Follow the on-screen instructions.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have the Sony xperia U and last night i went to bed i put my phone on charge and everything was fine. I woke up this morning and the screen brightness was very low! I have reset the phone, tryed changing the brightness but nothing has worked. Could anyone help me please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
