Loudspeaker problem

Hello,

I am experiencing problems with the loudspeaker on my Xperia T. It does not play most of the sounds. It makes sounds when I have notifications, alarms or recieve calls but nothing when I try to play multimedia or games. When using headphones or connect to other speakers everything runs smoothly. I am aware of the problem when you remove a jack and lose the sound and regain it when you put it again. I had it too, but that's not the case now. I have tried numerous times with many jacks unfortunately with no effect. I have looked up the issue and saw some similar problems but could not find solutions. If anyone had the same issue or has some idea how to fix it, please tell me. If you need further information, don't hesitate to contact me.

Have you tried to restart the phone by press and hold the power button and the volume up button until the phone vibrates?

Also you can try to repair the phone software using PC Companion to rule out any software problem:
