Screen problem.

Hello,

I have a question and I hope there are people who can help me.

I have an Xperia Z since 3 weeks. When I wanted to use my phone yesterday my screen started to flicker and since then I can't do anything. Its like everything rolls on my screen from top to bottom. When I press my screen I feel the vibration but thats it.

I didn't do anything with it, I didn't drop it, I didn't hold in the water,.... Its a strange thing that happened.

Are there people who know what happened with my phone? And maybe how to solve it? I tried hard reset, software update, repair with Sony PC Companion, nothing helped....

check under the secure tabs for pink colour first - if all is ok then it looks like you have a hardware fault and need to return to service center or supplier for evaluation

the waterproof tabs that cover all the ports - just to rule out water damage and i'm not saying there is water damage but it will help you to the next step - return and repair under waranty

I looked and I dont see pink colour.... Is it possible that my phone crashes without doing anything? It just happened when it was on my desk... Very strange.... I hope they can fix it.... Do you have knowledge of people with the same problem?
