My Sony Xperia automaticaly updated is software (10.3.A.0.423) and since then I'm not able to connect via bluetooth in my car. The car finds my phone, but in the bluetooth definitions of my Sony Xperia, I can't check the "use for mobile phone audio", so I can't use the phone to receive calls in my car.

Have you tried to remove the pairing from the phone and the car? Restart phone and then try to pair the units with each other again.

Also try to turn off WiFi in your phone, WiFi can sometimes interfere with Bluetooth causing these kind of problems.

I'm having a problem pairing my Xperia C to my Honda City. I've already tried pairing it a couple of times, it will pair but when I start using the audio to conncet to my music on my phone, my phone won't connect as it says that it has incorrect pin or passkey but never prompts to enter any pin. Please help Sony!

@cecilia@cmmartins.com wrote:

My Sony Xperia automaticaly updated is software (10.3.A.0.423) and since then I'm not able to connect via bluetooth in my car.
