      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Neah,it cannot be that awkward.I just cannot think of a device which would change the PIN by itself.For PCC to do anything on your phone,it needs to be unlocked.Try to do it with SUS,turn off the phone and follow the steps provided.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
