Need help with my jellybean PLEASE !!

Yesterday morning i connected my sisters phone using pc companion to check if jellybean update started to roll out like i usually do everyday. And luckily i found out that the update is now availbe . so,in exitement i updated her phone and done. thanks. but now the problems goes here. we have simmilar phones,both xperia P. but mine is still .544 so today i connected it to pc companion but the update still remains on .75. i didnt update my phone before because i was afraid to have all the bugs that you guys mentioned here before in the past posts. so,i patiently wait for the JB update. then,today i tried but still the .75 so i updated it to .75 as the pc companion says as i was thinking that maybe i still need to be updated to .75. so i did it. but after the update finish. i tried to connect my phone again to have that JB update but it says there that my phone is already up-to-date. what do you guys think about this ? what should i do ?

P.S : we are from philippines

when you connect your phone to PCC or SUS it will look for the latest update, in this case it was .75 not jelly bean, you have to wait a bit longer or manually update your phone.

but sir i just updated to the .75 update. so what is the problem with my phone now? and how is that manually update? my phone is not yet rooted and i still dont want to root it for now.

there isn't a problem with your phone, you just have to wait for Jelly Bean to be approved and roll out in your country

sir as i have mentioned above. my sister and i got the same phone and we both live in philippines. i updated her phone and succeded. but why my phone got nothing? please read the whole history mentioned above.

how sir? and what is that SI number? sorry for being noob . T.T yes it is actually really frekin odd. its weird we have the same phone. difference is her phone is updated to .75 and got JB! but mine still on .544, update is only .75 and wont give me JB update. urgh!

got my SI number now. i cant check on my sister's phone because she is still sleeping . but heres mine 1254-4233.

ok i will do exactly as you say sir. i have a bad feeling about this that maybe our SI numbers are not the same. but hopefully if not. i could also get the update sooner enough. and oh by the way good thing about updating to .75 like i mentioned above . :smileygrin: i got no but and crackling sound on my phone . :smileygrin: orayt,thanks for some usefull info sir. goodnight for me :smileygrin: have a great day ahead.

Hello dude! I'm from Philippines too. My advice for you is try to do it on SUS. Another option is updating your PC companion. Reinstall your PCC. If nothing works, maybe wait for couple of days for the JB update. Your phone and your sister's must have different manufacturer that's why it doesn't have the same time of JB update :smileygrin:

Pre, if you can't wait any longer try manually flashing JB on your phone. Then, repair it using PCC or SUS.

have you compared the SI numbers? you have 2 options

1) wait

2) manually update your phone.

guys if cant wait for the official update its time to root your phones and manually install the FTF file
