    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hold down on/off button and volume up until you feel a vibration (phone will restart)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or hold down on/off button and volume up until you feel 3 vibrations (phone will turn off)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to charge the phone for a couple of hours.
