Stamina Mode Issue

When i charge My battery to 100% and go to the Power managgement , it shows 10hours remaining.

When i turn on the STAMINA mode , it changes to 12 hours.

Initially when i had updated my Xperia to JB the stamina mode was working fine.

It showed the stand by time around 2 days and some hours.

Depending on the bettery percentage it was working fine.

However since a month now i have been facing sever battery issues.

The stamina mode does not make any significant changes to the battery and the utilization is very poor.

What should be done?

Please advise.

Also i would like to know is there a possibilty to change the battery and how much it would cost?

Go to settings-apps-all-eco mode and clear data,restart the phone.It should show correct battery life with stamina on.

if you add apps to the stamina mode, then it will defeat the purpose of Stamina mode.

Sure i'll try that.

I have one more query.

The Auto Sync option is missing from the phone.

On the main screen where we have the widget to work on wifi, nfc, data, sound etc etc, there is an option of auto sync.

That option is missing.

Point taken, but i have no apps added when i activate the stamina mode.

Apart from the system apps.

Still the battery level seems to be very bad.

Lets hope that the response given by alexdon works

after clearing those datas it ll again show some 2 days and some hours ... its ture ... actually stamina mode works, it jus analysis ur behaviour of usage and then calculates the time remaining in standby.. pls don worry abt the time it shows but it does works for sure .. .. if u need a better battery backup first do a factory rest, have u done aft upgrading to jelly bean... then do the cycle charges..... i.e charge your device till 100% then discharge till it gets 0%, again charge it till 100% without break.. repeat this step for 4 to 5 times ull see improvements in battery standby..
