      <title>Bug in Cell standby? (4.2.2)</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After update to 4.2.2 Cell standby reports that I have no signal. This happens with (H) HSDPA network.
