Bug in Cell standby? (4.2.2)

Hello,

After update to 4.2.2 Cell standby reports that I have no signal. This happens with (H) HSDPA network. I know that I have had good signal because I have been on the same location all the time within these 1 day and 3 hours.

Settings -> Power management -> Battery -> Cell standby

Anyone else experience this?

Hello,

got same bug since updated to 10.3.A.0.423 (4.2.2)

As you can see, there are no 3g networks here, but other phone with same SIM can see and use HSDPA (3g) networks.

Have you enabled WCDMA option in network type??

Ofc, WCDMA (pref.)/GSM mode is enabled

Try just WCDMA, some times it deosnt recognise in that mode

That is my network setup to.

4G I only use when I need fast Internet.

WCDMA only mode: NO NETWORKS FOUND

Thats strange, well if you did connect it before update, i suggest you to do a repair. back up your data before doing the same

Tried to do a factory reset and repair with PC companion, still no 3g.

I also tried to downgrade to 10.1.1.A.1.253, but this didnt help

Have you tried updating to the latest version (10.3.1.A.0.244)? If that doesn't help i recommend that you contact a service location or local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) for further investigation of the phone.
