The support guys have fixed the audio jack issue & updated the latest software in my phone. I noticed the camera thumbnail issue after software up-gradation & I went back to the Sony Xperia support to report about this issue. Those guys also couldn't find out why the problem was occurring & they suggested to go for previous version of Android. After upgrading the software I feel that the battery back-up has been improved that's why I don't want to go for software degradation.

If this issue can be resolved with the latest version of Android, that would be great.

Hi,

I have recently updated my Sony Xperia mini pro phone (SK17i) with latest available android version 4.0.4. After this up-gradation I am facing a problem with camera. When I switch to 5 mega pixel option the software in not generating the thumbnails (preview) of the pictures properly. I can see the thumbnails in my phone but when I connect my phone to laptop & open the pictures folder or if I transfer these pictures to my laptop, I can just see blurred tiles of some single color instead of actual thumbnails of picture. If I use 3 mega pixel option I can see the proper thumbnails. Can I get any help in fixing this issue?

Do the same procedure for Camera.

Does the problem still persist?
