Xperia L is a new phone.It has newer bluetooth version(4.0),Snapdragon CPU(probably the new generation one),it has memory stick slot(up to 32gb),8MP camera with HDR,it records at 720p only but it has HDR for video also,it has a newer GPU(adreno 305) and a bigger battery(1750 mah).And it comes with JB,so it must be better optimised.

From my point of view,it is over our Xperia P.

In performance, it's a lot better than our XP, but in looks and style of the phone (materials used as case), I preferred XP, but afterall it depends on our preferrence

That will not make much of a difference,do you want to know what will really make a difference?The snapdragon s4 cpu and the adreno 305 gpu.These two combined with a very good optimised operating system can kill.
