6602 update in US

I have the Xperia Z 6602 on AT&T, when I try to update it says I have the latest firmware. Should I be able to upgrade to .253?

you have to wait for the update to be approved and released here in the US, you have another alternative which is to manually update your phone

by the way, there's another user here in the US who has the 6603 but with Tmobile and you have the 6602 with AT&T both of you can not access 3G with your respecting networks, you should consider swapping the phones, just my two cents.

Good suggestion. I get H+ on AT&T which I think is somewhere between 3G and 4G LTE. Probably closer to 3G. I think Sony is hurting themselves by not releasing the Z LTE version here. I know the ZL LTE is available. I'm a little confused about which phone works best in which market and on which carrier. Anyway, how do I perform a manually update? I would definitely try it.

indeed H it is 3.5G, the C6603 wont work with neither AT&T's nor Tmobile's LTE frequencies, there's a rumor that Tmobile will release another variant.

i'm from the u.s as well with the c6602 on t mobile and waiting for the new update as well.
