Hi Fellow users/Friends,

I'd like to seek some help from you.

The problem is that my phone powers off automatically.

It's brand new.

After I got it, I did a few set up things and found out that the phone can be updated to .253, so I followed the instruction and updated.

The SIM card is not inserted.

I haven't touched the phone during the update process and after the update it had rebooted.

Everthing looks all right, but a while later, it shut down.

Then I turned on the phone again. And after a while it shut down again.

So, the only thing that I haven't set up is the SIM card.

As I said, a brand new phone.

Could any of you help me?

Thanks a lot!

BR,

helliton

BTW, the phone is fully charged before the update

Message was edited by: hellitonwoo
