Dear Messrs.

Pls be informed that my phone SE XperiaArcS LT18A has loop reboot after switching off with turned on bluetooth function. This proplem was not dissapeared even after reiterated reinstall of the software from official link: "Update Service".

FYI this problem appeared after update of Android system to ver, 4.1.B.0.587. I suppose that case is not fulfilllment of functionality of new version of software which causes this rebooting.

PLS advice how to backup to preivous version of software or to factory android 2.3.

 Thanks in advance.

Try to remove the SIM card and the SD card. If you still experience problem I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using the program PC Companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, click start under Support Zone > start under Update phone > select Repair phone (in blue text) > Do all this without having the phone connected to the PC.

Then follow the instructions given to you in the program.
