      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try first: Hold on/off key and volume up-key at the same time until you feel a vibration (Phone will restart).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try also to hold for a longer time until you feel 3 vibration (Phone turns off)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if you are still having issues after you have tried this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
