It didn't turn on at at first but now it is showing weird screen , i have tried using PCC and SEUS as well but can't get any help.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have tried everything, even tried flashing..... a local support told me that he would try full flashing the device.. can you please tell me the meaning of "full flash" and the process to do it at home..?????? and now i again have a black screen... i&amp;nbsp; think i might also have a hardware problem.... When my phone was in the state as in above pic touch was working, i could do all processes by guessing the positions like playing music...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
