      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Tridibeshdas,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before connecting your phone disable firewall and antivirus, then connect your phone, goto device manager and expand&amp;nbsp; portable devices and check whether it's showing xperia s if it's showing then your drivers installed properly, then open pc companion with administrator i.e right click on pc companion and click run as administrator then try the process. mostly your antivirus or firewall will block the update file by thinking it's virus, if the above didn't work then uninstall your drivers in device manager and restart your pc and connect your mobile to install the drivers automatically. and make sure you connect in usb 2.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Andrew&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
