M100 help please !

I am a recent AINO user and discovered the M100 handset. Once I charged it fully, it automatically paired with my AINO phone.

Suddenly the phone no longer recogises the M100 telling me that the device is not in range or not on (it is !). How do I get my phone

to recognise the M100 again??

On another note, I did recently pair the M100 with my laptop so I could play music directly off the lappie. It paired ok but no joy - it does not pick up

any wireless music off the lappie - do I need a separate piece of audio software??

Grateful to any replies and help on either question.

Unpair (delete it from your Bluetooth device list) it from the Aino, re-pair it and try again.As for your laptop, I don't htink it will work due to drivers that haven't yet been released.

Thanks Dr Chris - unfortunately now it will not re-pair with phone at all - phone cannot find device when I do a bluetooth search

Any thoughts?

Switch both phone and M100 off and make sure that the Aino is not paired with any other Bluetooth devices.

Restart them and try connecting again with Bluetooth visibility on and Wi-Fi off.If after several attempts it still fails, I would suggest you contact SE.
