Upper side of screen not responding

Hi all,

Its almost 10 months I am using Xperia Sola ( ICS 6.1.1.B.1.54)...but just from 1 week I am facing problem regarding touch reponsiveness of mobile.

Sometimes, I am not able to pull down notification bar neither able to use upper tabs in phone app but it resolves after couple of minutes.

I tried reload using SUS, but it wont help. Also did touchscreen test from service menu and it sometimes shows no response on upperside of screen.

I am afraid, is it a hardware problem

Any suggestions on this ... plz provide...

Sounds like hardware issue indeed.

Sorry to hear that. It seems that something has happened with the hardware.

I recommend you to contact your local support and send the phone to a repair center for so they can investigate:

I have given my mobile on 29th May to service center...but still not received.. they are saying parts are not available....

contacted to service center and call centre also..they told me that required part is not available in India and needs to be imported...

Plz require proper intervention on this as I am without my phone for 2 weeks!! its not a home appliances for which we can wait for delayed repair..
