You can find it under Walkman -&amp;gt; [menu button] -&amp;gt; Sound enhancements. In this menu, also tap "Equalizer" at the top and select "More" and try changing the surround option and see if it makes any difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help, have you tried another headset? Does the problem occur with all songs?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
