Call Drop Outs

I have had an problem with incoming and outgoing calls, since the last couple firmware updates on my Xperia P.

During phone calls the phone connection drops out, even though there is good reception (3-4 bars).

Even after I call back, the phone reconnects and then it drops out again. I have tried this with two different SIM cards.

I have called the Sony support phone about this issue who advised that I run “repair” on my phone using PC Companion.

Since the repair the phone continues to have drop outs.

Take the phone to them and tell them to have a look at the antenna.

Thanks. I am taking it back to the sony store tomorrow.

Will post outcome once I get the phone back.

mate try also using another sim card for your phone..or maybe try also using your sim card with another phone to sort out if the problem is with the software of your xperia P or your sim card..hope it helps

i am facing the same problem too.. did u take it to the service center..?
