File errors on xperia s

Hope to find good help here.

I have my xperia s for almost a month and a half, and i just encounter an unexplainable error that i have not yet found all over the internet.

on the start i can take good pictures but later on some files are saved looked like crack images and when i transfer it through USB it cannot be copied.

Also, when i tranfer the music files from my laptop to phone the music only plays for a while and eventually cannot be played. Then recently, when all these came into my nerves, i decided to clear all the data from internal memory, then unexpectedly the size of internal memory goes to 25.8 GB for 321 GB.

I dont really understand what was really goin on to my phone. Hope to find good picked help. And thanks in advance.

I recommend that you first try repairing the phones software using a PC and PC Companion: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/. Install the software in your computer and then go to Support zone -> Software update.

If that doesn't help i suggest you contact your local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) or a service location for assistance.
