Well, that depends on which memory that's full. Open up settings > storage to see which memory that's full.

But regarding the restarts I'd rather recommend you to try repairing the phone software instead. Use PC Companion:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

What are your thoughts about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey.

Hi i have the same problem, no matter how many times you reset phone the device memory keeps running out. I called sony customer care several time but they one ask you to reset the phone as if we are dumb and dont know about that. Sony is showing no mercy to its customers. I could find no resolution to this.

When you call for support, for any device or comapny, the first thing they assume is that you are a noob. They don't mean to look down on you but they need to assume that consumers are not techies. All you need to do is inform them that you are not one and they should respond accordingly or refer you to next level support. :smileysmileywink:

2ndly, which memory is full? Or is it impossible to find out because the phone keeps restarting? Can you even get to the homescreen? If it gets so bad that you can't even boot, then the only way to get it back is to flash your phone again.

If you are able to boot, find out which one is full. If it's the internal SD, just delete or move some stuff to external sd. If it's your internal memory, then uninstall some apps.
