System UI preventing Stamina Mode function

Hi,

Last weekend I left my phone on at home with stamina mode on as I don't want to take out the sim card (out for a vacation).

Two days later as I start to use it again, on and off the system will pop up a message saying that the System Ui is preventing the Stamina mode function and suggest me to force stop it. So i tried, after that, everything looks fine to me, only the wallpaper goes default...

But from this incident, it seems that every now and then the system Ui will prevent the stamina mode from functioning?

Please advice what to do to rectify this issue or is this going to be serious?

I would advise running a repair via the below steps to sort this one out:

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
4.     Click repair phone.
5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.

Hi,

Actually i had asked for help from here and by emailing to support.sonymobile.com, so I got an reply from them.

Bascially the replies say to restart the phone and if the method didn't work, factory reset.

I tried restart it, so far the message hasn't pop up since then. (about a week time)

So I guess its solved.

But if it ever pop up again, i'll try your method.
