Phone auto shut down

Hello.. i wanna share my experience on this new flagship model Xperia TX i have bought three days ago. Honestly i do like this phone, before it launch, i already consider on changing my new iphone 4s for this wise design Xperia but sadly, it is not available in Malaysia. Finally, three days ago i received news on this newly launched Xperia TX.

Honestly i do feel bit disappointed as the design doesnt match with the phone, The phone appeared to be small plus the soft keys/nav buttons the screen becomes so tiny. totally lose its edge as compared to my S3. but overall im ok with it.. i do like this phone. The dealer adviced me not to take this phone as it will auto shut down by itself and the battery wont last for day not hours. Despite his advice, I bought this phone and traded my s3 for it.

Nightmares starts from the day i bought it, the phone like the dealer said, battery cant last for half a day.. this problem i still can cope with it.. what can u expect from a 1700mAh battery. i still like the design i couldnt lay my hand off this phone. But the phone get worst... it auto shut down after i charged my phone. After >2hours charging, the phone died. screen black with the green led light on. Frankly, i used this phone as my alarm as everyone does.. but for this three days, every morning i cant hear any alarm notification from this Xperia TX. i got late to work due to my alarmless morning.

I search through the net, forum and much more.. all i get is please update ur firmware through SUS. i get so pissed off... im using 7.0.A.3.212..which is the most updated software! still the problem persist! i took it to the service centre.. they changed a new battery for me.. still every morning i managed to wake up, but sadly my phone lay dead!!! even working that time it will auto shutdown by itself with "green lantern" on!

I changed my S3 for this.. now i get laughed by my friends and colleagues and i cant even protest or defend my phone coz what they said is true.. i thought sony finally get a qualcomm snapdragon s4 as their flagship processor, i thought sony deserved some credits but i start to regret on my decision.

I'm sorry to hear. If you have tried reinstalling the phone software using SUS and still experience this it need to be examined and fixed at a repair center. Contact your local support team for more info.
