Check if you still experience this problem.

Hello Johan,

First i want to thank you for your answer.

I first noticed this problem when i tried to copy a large file (approx. 4gb) of a movie.

Today i tried to copy some tracks (approx.1gb, 48 tracks) and when the last track came the message that i describe above appeared. It seems that for some reason the communication between the phone and the computer stop.

After this message, the phone disappear from the My computer window.

The phone show me in the tab "Reliable devices" the name of my pc and under this instead of connected, "waiting for connection".

Thank you again for your time
