      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;you could restart your phone &amp;gt; check the correct APN settings and also disable or uninstall any taskillers and antivirus &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it doesn't hurt to get a brand new SIM card (this is usually the problem) &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
